Established in 2004, the Mechatronic Engineering Laboratory aims to cultivate professional talent in the field of mechatronics technology.
The laboratory is equipped with the following primary teaching systems:
PLC-based Experimental Training Kits
These kits use PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the control core and include a simulated workstation aligned with the Level B Technician Certification in Mechatronics. They are designed to train students in PLC programming and peripheral system integration.
PIC Microcontroller-Based Development Platforms
These platforms are designed to help students gain hands-on experience in electronic control circuit board design, fabrication, and application programming using PIC microcontrollers.
The lab plays a key role in developing students’ capabilities in both hardware and software aspects of electromechanical system integration.
