Electrical Machinery is a fundamental core course required for all students in the Department of Electrical Engineering. In the industrial sector, the operation of power systems, industrial drives, and household appliances relies heavily on electrical machines such as transformers, generators, and motors.
To support hands-on learning, the Electrical Machinery Laboratory is equipped with various experimental platforms covering the characteristics and measurements of transformers, synchronous machines, induction motors, DC machines, and special-purpose machines.
In addition, the laboratory features systems related to renewable energy and electric mobility, including wind power generation, photovoltaic systems, fuel cells, and electric scooters. These facilities aim to strengthen students’ practical skills in electrical machinery and prepare them for future careers in the electrical engineering industry.
